Based in the Hudson Valley of New York, Hearth of Hudson serves clients throughout the Catskills and surrounding regions. We also travel for retreats, destination events, and private gatherings across the U.S.

Our story: From city to country living
Before the restaurants, before the events, and before the retreat getaways, our story began decades ago in New York City.
That foundation shaped everything that followed.
After more than a decade of culinary experience in New York City’s restaurant and hospitality scene, we came to the Hudson Valley to build something more personal: a farm-to-table catering company that delivers refined food that is elevated, honest, and warm. Cooking with ingredients grown close to home teaches respect—for the land, the seasons, and the people at the table.
Hearth of Hudson was created to bring fine dining technique into real-life settings—private homes, retreats, micro weddings, and gatherings where food is meant to connect people.
What we do: Catering, Meal prep & Private Dining
We specialize in farm-to-table cooking using seasonal ingredients sourced from local farms and small producers whenever possible.
Our services include: Farm-to-table catering for private events, private chef services for private dining meals, and weekly meal prep for individuals and families. We are able to accomodate retreats, Airbnb’s, and destination events. From handmade breads and fresh pastas to pastries and balanced, nourishing meals, every dish is crafted in-house with care.
